ok what does concentrated urine mean?

Too much acid in your urine. Drink more water.

This could be caused by a slow glomular filtration rate. Yoor body will reasorb certain componets of the urine before it is excreted from the body. If this process is slowed then the urine is passed before the elements can be reasorbed. It can also be caused by dehydration where the urine becomes concentrated due to lack of water in the body.
