But as man evolued from the Ape...

i like the word "configuration" i wonder where eve's image is from?
i should say, it's the other way around.. god is created in man's image.
i remember the god (almost sure this is mentioned in the bible) uses a footstool, has a face, hands. etc.

But the real meaning to that scripture is that god designed us, we were meant to to reflect his qualities, we try our best to act in godly ways. Like when it says in the bible book of John "god is love", if we want to know god than we must show love to others.
