The seven deadly sins i think you mean are
Gluttony
Greed
Lust
Sloth
Envy
Wrath
Pride
Sloth was originally sadness, but replaced with sloth later on
Wrath is also known as Anger
Greed was also known as Avarice, but since people dont seem to know that word anymore, we just say greed.
Pope gregory the great who died in the early 7th century named these sins.

Pride is excessive belief in one's own abilities, that interferes with the individual's recognition of the grace of God. It has been called the sin from which all others arise. Pride is also known as Vanity.
Envy is the desire for others' traits, status, abilities, or situation.
Gluttony is an inordinate desire to consume more than that which one requires.
Lust is an inordinate craving for the pleasures of the body.
Anger is manifested in the individual who spurns love and opts instead for fury. It is also known as Wrath.
Greed is the desire for material wealth or gain, ignoring the realm of the spiritual. It is also called Avarice or Covetousness.

I believe you mean the seven deadly sins. In order of there badness (for lack of a better word):
1) Lust
2) Gluttony (its fun to have a catholic over for Thanksgiving)
3) Greed
4)Laziness
5) Wrath
6) Envy
7) Pride
According to the Catholics, each has its own punishments in Hell:
1) Smothered in fire and brimstone
2) Forced to eat live rats, lizards and toads
3) Put in pots of boiling water
4) Thrown in snake pits
5)Dismembered alive
6) Placed in freezing water
7) Broken on a wheel
I hope that answers your question!
