My brother gave me an atomic wedgie once when I was younger.Boy it was a doozie too...went way up there....so far that I am still trying to get the taste of cotton out of my mouth!!!!! LOL

I haven't but many people do. I think it is mean and can hurt people so i don't suggest giving or receiving them.
