Well recently i had sun exposure to my skin, and parts of
my face were minimally sunburnt. After a few days, the
skin on my forehead started to peel of revealing the new
skin, but the skin was lighter than the other skin on my
face. (in patched), and this gives a patchy look.

Is there any way to cure/treat or fix this problem, like creams or other remedies, (not surgery)? and if so, what creams, etc.?

Facial peels should do the trick. You can get mild ones over the counter by Neutragena or others. You can also get a stronger type from the dermatologist.
