Ok i have known this girl for about 10 yrs, we were in high school together, worked together, and now we have our own family. I went to a party with her last night, and drinking and everything we were dared to kiss.... and i liked it, all i can think about is that kiss.
i have never liked girls before, Is this normal?

Yes. It's basically one of two things here(without breaking out the human phsycology and human sexuality books from college). The first is that you may actually be a closet bi-sexual. The second is that a part of you is actually so freaked out by third that you can't help but not feel extremely guilty sub-consciously about it and so keep returning to the event(despite the fact that you were both drinking) because you are actually afraid of what YOU did. DON'T PANIC!!!! Breathe for me okay? Thank you. Now,. without working yourself into a panic, go and talk to her about it already. Yes, it's possible she may or may not be feeling the same as you do. If you REALLY are concerned, why don't you go and speak with a counselor before proceeding? It couldn't hurt!! Remember to breathe first!!

Just be friends like always. It will progress on it's own if it is ment to be like any relationship. Don't mess up what you have for a maybe.
