Depends on where you to to get it.. If you are in the US and you go to the health department, the cost should be quite lower than if you go to a private practice. Think physicals at health depts run around $10-15 and a TB shot maybe $10. At a private practice (without insurance) it would cost about $60 for a physical and maybe $20 for a TB shot.
