Extend your right leg out and circle your leg anti clockwise while doing that extend your right arm out and circle your arm clockwise.

Nice try.
But it can't be done EVER!
Because when the right brain hemisphere gives an order to the right extremites to do a certain motion, it can not give two different type of commands.
Yet, another thing is when you use your left and right arm. Try to rub your belly with your right with cirkular motions, and tap yourself on the head up and down. Now this can be done. These motions are controled by different sides of the brain.
So, don't waste your time bothering.

Yes.
But that works much better if you try to draw the letter 6 in the air with your right hand, whilst circling your right foot clockwise.
That's impossible, no matter how much you try it.

its the left part of your brain that controls the right side and vice versa for the right side!
