My heart goes out to you.

I don't think God gave you the gift of your faith, however, in the hopes that you would fear for your loved ones.

So have faith. Have faith in your friend's ability to have found forgiveness, and in God's ability to forgive her.

I'm so sorry that you lost your friend. When I was younger, my best friend suddenly died. I remember how horrible and shocking it was but I know that she went to heaven. I'm sure that your friend did also. Be thankful that she was in your life, and you never forget the good memories. They live on in our hearts.

If she was a good person in her heart, it's quite likely she did. Though we are not to judge whether she did or did not, because that's up to God and God only. If she was a dear friend, then she must have been a good person and I'm sure that when your time comes, you'll be reunited with her.

And you may never know the answer to that this side of Heaven. But you can hope and believe that she accepted Christ at some point in her life and is now enjoying a better life in heaven.

As it is with all of us, believers or not, the decision is with God and God alone. Perhaps this doubt you have is a call from God to work in the ministry in some way.

We can only hope she was a Christian. You have learned a valuable lesson here, never hesitate in asking that most important question.
Have peace she has found hers now.
God Bless you.

A belief in God doesn't have to be announced to anyone except God, just believe she made this decision and have faith.
