Contact 3 or more dealerships via the Internet. Know exactly what you want vehicle and options you want, even specify color if that is important. Let them know in the email you are contacting several dealerships and are looking for the best price to earn your business. Do this towards the end of the month since most dealerships are trying to make numbers and your unit might mean a great deal to them and a great price for you. All Lexus dealerships are franchises and they all pay the same for the vehicle so no one dealership is really better than another for a deal. It just depends how much or little they want to make on your deal.

Your local lexus dealer. Lexus Dealers offer repair service and some offer special deals to get it cheaper. The warranty will also be valid if you buy it through a dealer. They should have a "Lexus of Houstan" at one of the major car dealers in your area.

If you're comfortable with the internet you could try Cars Direct. I know a few people who have looked into it and some that have purchased cars through there. It's all still a very new avenue of car sales. But it appears that they are doing well and are a reliable automotive source.

Try autotrader.com. Put in your zipcode and how many miles from there and it will give you dealers and private sellers. Good luck.

you could try craigslist and get a cheap one...
but be careful..some people are shady
