I have an HP Photosmart E327 and something happened with the screen, is all black and it only takes black pictures.
I want to know if there's a number from HP to call. I lost my receipt so I was also wondering what to they ask for a repair case.

I bought my Dad one last year - the same model I think, and it didn't work either, after a short while. So we contacted HP and after lots of patience, he got a new camera, and a better model.
You do need a reciept though, so where ever you got it from will be able to help you - but - only if you used a cradit card to buy it. If you did, they can give you a print out of your reciept, then give you HPs number.
If you didn't use a credit card and can not find the reciept - toss it, they are too expensive to repair - sorry.
Nest time buy a Canon or Panasonic, Nikon or Casio.

Unless it's under warranty, toss it and get a better camera next time.
