I am on a diet..not sure what diet you would call it....its just one where you drink water ALOT... and u watch the calories that you eat.. and exercise.....

So what should I have for supper that has not many calories?? My parents are making ground meat (not sure how many calories are in that tho), and we can do with it what we want...but its not limited to that..but theres not that much stuff in the house

Several good responses below.. Eat servings that are basically the size of your palm.. If you have large hands.. Just run after dinner to burn excess calories.. Kidding. Soup, Sushi, the chicken breast are all excellent ideas..
Grilled salmon, steamed veggies and 1/2 cup of brown rice or like I said, the size of your palm. Make your protein choice(salmon) about the size of a deck of cards.. Diets are good..but you can also eat regular foods.. Just smaller portions. If you continue to gain weight, you might be eating too much. Add some cardio exercise.. even walking will do..

Chicken breast with greens as a salad. Find a nice dressing without much fat to add flavor.
