Is he fat? Then get him to eat healthier and exercise. Otherwise . . . what are you complaining about? Good night!

Are you saying his stomach gets in the way??? You want to have his baby and be his wife, but his STOMACH would hold you back? You really don't care about how he looks, you like him for him, yet his STOMACH earks you? And his STOMACH is a MAJOR issue. There's a lot of contradiction in what you are saying here. If this is the only problem you have and you call it MAJOR. Then I don't think you know what love is. You have answered your own question.... grow up and get over it.

sexual attraction is very important. He shouldn't have a problem wanting to be healthy. As a woman having a baby you want a strong man that has his stuff together. I am guessing it is a subconscious thing... survival of the fittest. Your animal side wants a man with a 6 pack.
Get him to join the gym with you. Get him to be healthy. Coming from a guy that used to be over weight... I'll tell you life feels alot better once you lose it. If he gets into shape he will get alot more attention from the ladies also... just so you realize this.

What in the hell???
If his stomach is a problem than you have not accepted him, so you had BETTER NOT MARRY HIM!
For a couple to be able to have a successful relationship there needs to be total trust and acceptance. You cannot accept him therefore you had better not get married until you can either:
a. accept him the way he is
b. well, that's pretty much your only choice.
You can hate his stomach all you want - that's your business - but it won't make for a very good relationship.

What is he fat or something???? you are going to get lot of replies saying "love, not looks" ... But at the end of the day, you have to be happy with the way your partner looks... Why not him gym classes as a present... I wouln't encourage you to tell him, imagine if he though the same about your belly, he MAY appreiate your honesty, but then that gives him a golden ticket to critise you...

what is it about his stomach????
Is it flabby, hairy, sweaty? Is it covered with moles?-Pimples?.....
I mean what is it?
Did you ever pause to wonder if maybe there's something "physical" about you that may not be exactly within his preferences?? I am in no way saying that to sound insulting or cause you to be self-concious...I'm simply saying that NOBODY is perfect..and if you do truly love him, then you should be able to look past whatever it is that bothers you.

You don't say how his stomach feels. If this turns you off so much then I don't think you love him. Maybe you do need to grow up.

Thats something you have to approach him about. People can be really sensitive when it comes to their appearance! So you might wanna approach him with caution. If you love him, it should be unconditional, not i love you but hey by the way your belly is gross. Everyone is gonna have their flaws...you love him, try to accept his!

Work out with him if it bugs you that much but I think you are being shallow. My husband has a beer belly and I dont care because when I look at him I am looking at HIM. You shouldn't even be thinking about a baby.

If you really love him then his stomach isn't going to matter. Do a different position and then you may not have to worry about his stomach.

You can casually encourage him to work-out.
BUT! How would you feel if he told you to loose 20lbs cause you revolted him?
Just curious, and no offense but you are being shallow.
Everyone will go through stages where they gain weight, even you. Eventually he will get wrinkles, have hair thinning, and a multitude of other fun things..
Will those irk you too?
