Yea if you dont change it or if they are sick or even they eat wrong it can smell very bad. Plus The Cats urine as a high level of ammonia so yea you could pass out

Its possible, but highly unlikely. If it smells bad clean out the litter box.

UMMMM clean it more often. Switch to a better brand that has odor control add baking soda to it. Then it wont make you sick.

Yup, I agree. Clean it out more often or completely change it. Or...maybe you are pregnant.
