It is French. The first sentence is "I don't understand."

I don't know much about the second statement, but I know the following:

Avec means "with" and la grosse means "large." Tres means "very" and le fond means "bottom."

Hmmm... I don't understand. But all I can say is the guy with the big (not sure) on the bottom is really very very hot, seriously.
