ok soz i didnt giv u all the facts ok as u no hes a friend and he toldd me he loves me and i do love him aswell but hes moving so fast he wants kids and to move iin together and to get married he says he thinks im the one for him and that he doesnt want anyone else apart from me im 17 nearly 18 and hes nearly 19 his family are kinda of boring he isnt aloud to do anything unless him mum says its ok shes very controling so what am wondering is why is he like this because its freaking me out

It sounds like he desperately wants to escape from his mother. He thinks that getting married will allow him to do that. I hope you are not considering agreeing to this because it would be a disaster. He is in no way ready to be in a committed relationship if he has to ask his mother's permission for anything. Put the brakes on this relationship right now. He needs to move out and get a life of his own before he starts thinking about settling down.

Well, he might love you very very much as he says so. And he talks about (moving in together, have a famil, etc) because he NEEDS to get away from his own family, I know this, because my mom got married when she was 20 years old, for the same reasons, and he found in you the right girl, he wants freedom, but also love, and company.
Just tell him that you love him very much, but that he is moving too fast for you and that you need him to slow down.
Don't try to argue about his feelings for you, he might love you a lot, but understand what he is going thru and try to help him.

Bonus: His family, according to you, are completely boring. Added bonus: His mom is not only controlling, she's freaking you out majorly too!!! Wow!! Do yourself a BIG favor here and now please before you wind up living off welfare and food stamps please.
