I like this guy and i am 80% sure that he likes me too. we talk on the internet like every night and for the past month every sunday we have been doing stuff together like see movies and bowling. I am to scared to tell him i like him in person how should i tell him that i like him?

First of all he probably feels the same way you do and is just as scared to tell you so, the two of you play this little game until someone will break first. Kick the game up a notch! Role play a little to get out of your own character and pretend to be someone who's in love with him and just have fun with it. You might learn something from him that he's been holding back on. He could be your Romeo and you his Juliet! Have fun!
