I saw this very subject on a documentary on TV long ago. Tear a cigarette apart and look at the strands of "supposedly" tobacco. You'll notice the rectangular strands are the same width and much thinner in thickness. Here's how they do it. The company's grind the tobacco leaves plus the no good stems and stalks into a liquid slurry, like a milkshake.This crud is pressed into thin sheets. Then they're dried and cut it into shreds precisely the strands I talked about earlier. They've got the nerve to sell this crap to whomever. Now do you want to know what it feels like to smoke one for the first time, I tried a real mild filtered brand as a very young boy. It was a dare from a kid four years older than I. Well, here goes. I took a tiny drag and immediately blew it back out. I guess my so-called friend caught me just blowing out the crappy tasting smoke. He said; (Now try to inhale the smoke). Well, of course I had to try it because he was 16 and I was 12 and if he said it was ok so I thought I'd sive it a shot. The darn thing was so mild I puffed most of it down. I had to act like I knew what I was doing. We thought we were all cool. We were sleeping out in a big tent with another friend who was also smoking. I will never forget what it felt like when I tried to stand up. I felt extreemly light headed and was starting to feel dizzy also. I thought I'd be fine if I crauled into my sleeping bag and went to sleep. Soon by body alternately felt extreemly hot, almost ready to sweat. A few minutes later I was freezing to death. Moments later I had to excuse my self. I ran into the toilet, dropped to my knees, grabbed the toilet seat while the whole world was spinning like a top. I started to throw up. I t wasn't too bad at first. I'd throwen up before no big deal. I saw my whole supper come up then I thought I was going to die, right in my parents toilet. Then I was throwing up clear liquid I'd never done that before. My head started to ache my stomach hurt and I really thought death was near. I didn't eat the next day because I was still shakeing. --------------------- Is all I can say to you is don't waste your money. Your health is more important than impressing anyone else. I'm 62 years old and I remember that night better than last night.
