It is a house of God all are welcome.
Before I reverted I visited many Musjids here in the United States. There was never a problem.
But make sure that you respect the religion when you enter. Women should wear loose clothing and hair covered. Men should also have on loose clothing as well and be covered from navel to knee.

I should imagine so, but ask at your local mosque. Some mosques here in the UK do not admit women, there was a documentary about it a while back, following a group of Muslim women who are campaigning for those mosques to be more inclusive.
If you are a religious person, it is a good opportunity to experience what it is like to visit an unfamiliar religious place of worship, then you can think how visitors to your church or temple who come from outside your religion may feel.

You are welcome to visit the mosque. You would not be able to pray with them as a non Muslim you would not know how to pray. If it is a female she would have to cover her head (not face) and dress in a respectful manner, also they should not be menstruating. They will be welcome at the mosque though, welcome to chat with other worshipers, welcome to visit the book shop etc depending on what mosque you go to and how big the mosque is. If they want to know anything they are free to ask the Imam any questions they have after pray. Hope this help. Just ask your local mosque for any advice you think you need before taking your friend along.
DEE what a load of rubbish when we are standing praying our toes are pointing east. Nothing happens in a mosque except praying which takes all of ten minutes sometimes the Imam has a little chat about a chapter in the Quran. There is certainly no one who tells you "you are wrong" like DEE said. Who is going to tell you that? She is full of it and never been to a mosque in her life. "toes pointing east" LOL LOL LOL where else are our toes going to point we cant turn our feet round LOL LOL LOL.

Absolutely. During Ramadan we have had Catholic Priests, Rabbis, and other ministers visit our mosque and choose to pray the special night prayer we pray during that time. It shows a nice sense of spiritual unity.
If you're afraid you're betraying "your God" by doing so, handle it the same way I do when I go to a church or synagogue with a friend. While they're praying in your style, just praise your God silently during the ritual.
I think it's a great learning opportunity and is fascinating to see how other people worship. Just observe standard Islamic principals (Don't dress provacatively or in really tight clothing-male or female, take your shoes off before entering, and try to wear clothing that will cover your shoulders down to below your knees.)

Sure! Why not! If you are going to pray though, you will need to perform Wudu'u (the washing of your arms, feet, and face) just like everyone else.
The question really is, whether or not this prayer will be accepted if you are not a Muslim or have not performed the Shahadah. You need to ask the Imam about that.
