I have great love for you though we've never met. Any one as tanked on Guinness as you appear to me is "good people". I too have a cooked goose but mine was cooked by slowing consuming massive quantities of Newcastle!!!

It sounds like there is MUCH basteing going on with the sauce but it wasn't applied on the goose, poor poor birdie..we still love ya...we just ain't comen over for din din today tho :)
