Rule of thumb is 100 lbs for the first 5 feet, then 5 lbs for every additional inch after that. That's for women only. Men have a different scale. So if we take that into account you should way 140 lbs plus or minus 10 lbs. I'd say you're just underweight. Eat some more protein.

Your physique is a gadget. It takes in gasoline (nutrition, measured in energy), and then makes use of that gasoline to maintain your physique alive and so you might do artwork (workout). in case you take up extra gasoline than you burn, the physique converts it to stored power (fat) interior 24 hours. Conversely, in case you take up below you burn, the physique pulls power out of fat cells, and you drop some weight. So, to drop some weight, you gotta shrink gasoline intake, or improve your gasoline burn, or a combinion of the two. this is that easy. on your case, you will desire to alter the gasoline/artwork stability with the aid of 500 energy an afternoon to lose a million pound a week (that's the cautioned value). on your case, which could be with the aid of work out extra (strolling for ninety minutes an afternoon will do it), or reducing calorie intake with the aid of 500 (substituting fruit, salad, etc for an order of fries could suffice), or a mixture of the two. What we are relatively speaking approximately right this is a existence form substitute. A "nutrition plan" isn't something you "do" until you drop some weight. this is a metamorphosis in the completed existence form, as you will desire to study to consume in yet differently (no, not starve your self, in simple terms consume in yet differently) and workout extra. in case you do not then your weight will save on getting worse. suggestions -- connect the community YMCA, discover an workout type which you will very nearly delight in, and sign in for it. Then connect an area Weight Watchers, or a minimum of make pals with a WW guy or woman who can coach you to consume in yet differently do not use nutrition plan pills or shakes. those in simple terms make you poop extra, or make you hyper, or shrink your urge for nutrition. once you quit utilising those issues, the burden will come again WITH A VENGENCE in case you have not performed the existence form variations above.

***You Are Very Thin***
Your BMI is 18.2 - a healthy BMI falls between 18.5 and 25
Don't lose any weight. You already are quite slender.
You could even gain a few pounds if you wanted.
Indulge yourself every once and a while!
Don't agree? Blame the government standards we based this test on!
