How Do You Recover Files?

How do you recover permanently deleted files? As in ones that aren't even in your recycle bin anymore?

Use a file undeleter

First, avoid writing anything to your hard drive -- if the space those files occupied hasn't been written over yet, you don't want to overwrite them with the undelete program! Download the programs mentioned on another computer or hard drive and burn to CD, then run them that way.
