Kids that age shouldn't have lesson plans. They learn best in the context of a one on one relationship with their mothers. They should just be hanging out with mom, learning how to live as a human (cooking, social interactions, chore management, gardening, etc.) and exploring their interests. Mom should take the child/ren to museums, parks, beaches and explore explore explore, waiting to see the things that ignite the child's interest. Then, get books, movies, toys related to these interests. Read a lot with the child, write a lot near the child, write down the stories your child makes up and have them illustrate them, count, measure, observe, hypothesize. LIVE.

That's all the lesson plan you need. The kids will be happy and brilliant and won't lose the love of learning that is almost always squashed by reducing knowledge to discrete unrelated subjects that alienate and bore kids.

I use the following websites for my lesson plans. I also like the Mailbox Magazines, but don't use them all the time. These sites are arranged by theme, which is really nice!

you could buy an activity book from a teachers store, or dollar store and make copies. Thing like tracing the letters and numbers, colouring and matching.

Teach them the names of items/objects all around them. We take it for granted that kids know things. Also, read, read, read to them.
