A father and a son were driving along in a car and had a terrible accident. The father was killed immediatly, the son was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. Once the son was brought into the operating room, the doctor said," I can't operate on him, he's my son!" How is this possible?

The father in the car was the son in the car's grandfather, but the son of the grandfather was the father of the son in the car. so the doctor was the son in the car's father and the son of the grandfather.

either (as everyone seems to think) the doc was his mom, or he was an adopted child and it was his adopted father that died and his real father was the doc...
