Those Parallel lines on there mean "Absolute Value" in Mathmatics!!!! You probably mean ( this ) around there and NOT | this|

If so, you then have:

4/3 -2/3x =2
then -2/3x= 2- 1 1/3 since 4/3=1 1/3

then -2/3x=2/3

and there fore if you divide both sides by 2/3

then: x= -1

x is negitive 1

YOU got 2 answer for X:
4/3-2/3x=2
-2/3x=2-4/3
-2/3x=(6-2)/3
x=-1................................ answer 1

answer 2:
- (4/3-2/3x)=2
-4/3 + 2/3x = 2
2/3x = 2 + 4/3
2/3x = 10/3
x = 5
