Whats the BEST Bmp to Jpeg Converter?

I see ALL kinds of softwares to do this .. BUT what's the best you've used or have. Help me

It's free. It's *not* infected with spyware and other useless parasites. And it does batch processing (multiple files at once).

I just open the picture, and go to File>Save As and save it as a JPG file. It's worth it if you don't have many.
