How does this happen? I just noted I was looking at my arms and saw little dots of blood on my pores. I have been taking Vicodin lately, could that be the cause?

This condition is called petechiae, which are tiny breaks in blood capillaries near the skin surface. Vicodin is not known to cause this condition. It is caused by drugs that interfere with clotting and it is a symptoms of several conditions. Petechiae sometimes appear after having a fever, and this can be a life-threatening situation - some other causes are not a big deal. If you have had a fever or have had these dots for more than a few days, you should see a doctor ASAP.

Ahh I have them too! I have no idea what they are but some have disappeared over time. I got them since I was 6 and I'm still alive so I think they're okay.
