I have an Optional Professional Training (OPT) card that expires at the end of this month. I am married and have applied for work authorization but have not received it yet. Will I be able to work after my OPT expires even if I have not received work authorization yet?

No. You must wait for your work authorization to come to you. Your employer would be doing an illegal act by letting you work without proper documentation.

No, your OPT is specifically just for that short period of time after your program finishes. Now that you're married, what is your visa status? Just getting married doesn't do anything for you. If you haven't changed to a K visa, you're expected to leave when your OPT/F-1 expires. I'd talk to an immigration lawyer if I were you so you don't make a mistake and jeapordize your immigration future.
