What should I served with stuff bell peppers?

depends on the kinds of stuffed peppers - if it has rice/meat in the stuffing then all you need is a good salad and some fresh french bread or maybe toasted garlic bread. A fresh green salad with sprouts is attractive with red peppers. I also like marinated tomatoes and basil with green peppers.

Mashed potatoes with sauce from the stuffed peppers. Waxed beans with butter and lemon. The beans don't have too much flavor, so they don't clash with the peppers.

It depends on what's in them. If not already in the peppers, some choices would be:

black or refried beans, fiesta corn, Spanish rice, tortilla chips, salsa, sour cream

You could do a salad and/or some crusty buttered bread. Its kind of a one dish wonder of sorts...it already includes the veggie...pepper, protein...burger or soy, and carb...rice.

yum! those sound sooo good i love those, too bad my husband dont like them tho... at home we always made just some extra white rice to eat with it on the side. or maybe try some corn or mashed potatoes.

My mother used to stuff them with a hamburger or sausage, rice, and sauce mixture that really made them a meal in themselves I guess it depends on what you are stuffing them with.
