I work as an air traffic controller. One of my coworkers happens to be a really cute girl, and I'd love if I could get together with her. However, she has the bad habit of telling incoming aircraft to do a barrel roll. She only does it when I'm around, and no one else is close enough to hear her. I really like this girl but her behavior just flies in the face of protocol and safety. I have to bring this up with the senior controller, but if I do she'll know it was me who ratted her out. I can't confront her about it either or I'll never be able to go out with her.

pssst . . . over here . . . quietly . . . some barrel rolls later,

when the bosses (who have proceses to know 'who' told 'whom,' 'what') review her work record they will fire her . . . if you have her number . . . you can call her and cheer her up!

go back to work . . . sshhhhhh

Discuss this problem with her before going to you boss to try and resolve it. No one likes a rat, consider if you were in her place. You'd be amazed what communicating can accomplish.

I'm sure it's just a joke...and I'm hoping the pilots know it's a joke too....sure wouldn't wanna be on that plane if he didn't!

Don't sweat it. Maybe just gently let her know that while you may think it's funny, you urge her to stop it because your afraid she'll get into trouble.

She is catching your attention......try to invite her for a dinner in a five star hotel and tell her the truth that you're in love with her.....perhaps she will stop mocking you......and she will tell you, are you free tonight?....
