The Lexus Navigation system (GPS) is made by Denso - a Japanese firm. They the best navigations systems in terms of reliability, accuracy, ease of use and quality.

The modern Lexus Navigation systems are touch screen and many are voice recognition. You'll find that the most difficult part of using a navigation system is the interface. Touch screen and voice recognition make this process very easy. Joystick models are difficult to use and typically take more time to enter information. The BMW I-Drive is a very tedious system to use.

I hope this helps.
