I have two solid grey male cats and it's all most impossible to tell them about. Im getting a red collar for one of them. What color should I get for the other? I was thinking maybe blue? I also have a black and white female she's getting a pink one with rhinestones.

I think yellow on a grey cat is very striking.
The type of collar is actually more important than the color. Make sure the collar you choose has a quick-release mechanism in case the collar gets snagged. Many a cat has been strangled by snagging a collar designed for a dog!
Also, I recommend all kitties, even kitties that never venture outside, wear ID tags on their collars. If kitty does go outside, the suggestion above for a reflective collar is an excellent one!

individually i'm partial to crimson and black collars on cats, exceedingly those with varieties, spikes or studs. My cat is an all black male short hair and has a crimson semi-clean collar with glow on the hours of darkness spikes. green or blue may additionally seem stable counting on the shade, yet they are somewhat sissy for my cat lol.

Get a bright blue one, darker blue's are harder to see on dk grey. Found that out with my dk grey cat, male he now has a really bright blue one, no one mistakes him for a girl now.

I would get a blue or green one. Then the colors will contrast. You will always be able to tell them apart. Well good luck!

I'd say either Blue or Green. Brighter colors look better on darker pets...in my opinion.

blue is cute. if they're outdoor cats, though, you should be looking at reflective collars.
