Fogo da Chao, a Brazilian steak house with Gaucho's roaming the room with 7 or 8 types of meat on skewers serving all you can eat. You flip a card when you want to be served and turn it over when you want to be passed by. Great salad bar with multiple salads, cheeses, fruits, breads, shrimp etc. where you can serve yourself what you want. You can order the salad bar without the meat servers. Lots of activity and good food.

I love eating out in chicago the most fun restaurant that i have been to which is a tapas restaurant is Cafe Iberico. they serve small dishes everyone chooses two things and then shares, they are small plates with finger type foods that are not only delicious but give everyone the chance to chat and enjoy themselves while drinking sangria and having a good time, it is also fun because you are not busy eating but enjoying each others company and the food is a plus, i have gone with both my girlfriends several times and a group of guys and girls it is great for both and there is food for everyone.

Ed Debevic's is fun, but kind of family oriented. The Hard Rock is cool, but I would suggest you do something more club type fun. Sushi SambaRio on Wells has good food with an exotic menu (Asian and South American) and is a very stylish dance club as well. Lucky Strike (bowling) is pretty trendy these days as well. Carnivale was a good suggestion, and Rumba is another place that has salsa dancing later in the evening (they even provide free lessons).
Check out everyone's suggestions on www.metromix.com to get a good idea of which one you might like.

You can try:
Fondue~ I know it's food, but it's interactive.
Geja's Cafe
340 W. Armitage Ave.
Salsa~I believe they have it on Wednsdays. It's a blast though!
Carnivale
702 W. Fulton Market
Bowling ~ It's awesome because you can party drink wine and it's not a dive like all the other bowling alleys.
Check out:

You can also call the Chicago House of Blues to see what venues they're having.

There are a handful of dinner-theatre type places in Chicago that are supposed to be fun. I apologize...I have never been to one, but have heard good things. There is one in Wriglyville on Clark between belmont and addison (can't remeber the name) but you and your guests try to solve a murder mystery while you eat and the live actors act it out in the restaurant during the meal.
Go to www.metromix.com to find those types of places.

For bowling, I suggest Ten Pin Bowling over by the House of Blues. There's also a restaurant, I believe it's called Brazzan where hot guys are dressed up and feed you.

Go to Lalos on a weekend and they may have a mariche band that will sing to you. They may even let you wear a sombrero. They have several locations all over the city.
