I really want to have more clear skin and not have to use a lot of make up on my face. I heard that water is good for getting more clear skin but i also just want to be more healthy.

a good tip is to try and down a bottle of your favorite brand right when you wake up and right before you go to bed...if you dont have a week bladder...and of course 8 cups in between those throughout the day

THE medical answer is 8 glasses of 8 ounces each.
This makes it SOUND like alot, but it is NOT!
Do you drink any of the sports drinks? (These count and the large ones are HALF of your required intake)
Be careful not to drink too much over this without replenishing your Electrolytes.
A balance of 1x 32 ounce sports drink a day with as much water as you care to consume is a so-so balance. (They have the electrolytes in them)
I live in the desert (Tucson, AZ) and people die here as much from dehydration as they do from what is called "Water poisoning", where they have consumed SO much water that they have NO electrolytes!

Most people should drink at least 7 to 10 average sized glasses of water each day. Many people do not drink enough water and the consequences of this can be severe (such as weight gain, gum disease, constipation, skin disease, etc).

1/2 in ounces equivalent to pounds of your body weight. For example, I'm 135 pounds, so I need to be drinking approximately 65-68 ounces of water per day.
So, calculate how many pounds and divide it in half and whatever the answer is how many ounces.
