Probably not time to do this tonight, but...

Marinate Chicken Pieces (we like breasts w/ bone and skin) in Good Seasons Italian Dressing (mixed like pkg instructs). Just put in a zipper bag and stick in fridge. Toss around when you think about it... bake at 350ºF for 55-60 min or so. (Bake covered the first 45 min, uncovered hte last 15).

Boil some noodles of any shape or some diced potatoes. Toss cooked pasta or potatoes w/ butter, garlic powder (or fresh garlic, minced) and salt, maybe a little parsley if you have it.

Steam some fresh or frozen veggies: carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, sugar snap peas, snow peas, or a combo of any of those. Toss w/ lemon juice, a bit of butter, and salt.

I'm doing a slow cooked lemon chicken, rice pilaf, and steamed broccoli with lemon butter tonight. Obviously it's a little late to slow cook anything now, so perhaps another night. For the chicken, I used chicken breasts with oregano, salt and pepper, browned with butter. Transfer to a slow cooker. In the pan, add 1/4 cup water, the juice of one lemon, 2 garlic cloves, minced, and a chicken boullion cube. Bring to a boil to get up all the browned bits from the pan, and then add to the chicken. Turn it on low for about 4 hours.
The rice pilaf recipe I got from Rachael Ray's 30 minute meals website.
The whole meal was very tasty!! Good luck, if you try it.

It depends on what you like? I have tons of easy, good tasting recipes. My husbands favorite is Pork tenderloin with sweet potatoes. It involves a slow cooker...
You will need a boneless sirloin pork tenderloin roast
2 fresh sweet potatoes
1 can of cambells chicken gravy
peel and cut the sweet potatoes into bite size chunks place in bottom of slow cooker, add the roast, pour the gravy over and add 1tsp salt, 1 tsp bay leaves and 1tsp of garlic powder or grated fresh Garlic.
Cook on low heat for 6-8hrs.
It is great!

You could do something simple like chicken sandwiches. Buy the breaded chicken breasts, toast some good rolls, slice some tomatoes, shred some lettuce and cook a couple bacon strips. Then you've got yourself a really, really good chicken sandwich! I use ranch dressing on mine, but mayo would be good too.

Try this site. There is a good lasagna and some pork chops that are really good.

You'll need:
*Yellow onion (chopped finely is best)
*Rice (from the day before in the fridge overnight)
*Powdered garlic.
*Leftovers.
*Ketchup.
*Handful of frozen peas.
*Large frying pan with relatively high sides (wok is best).
*Vegetable oil (safflower oil is best).

Preparation:
*Preheat the pan/wok (medium-high).
*Toss in the chopped onions (about a handful).
*Stir them around for about a minute.
*Pour in the oil.
*Roughly chop and toss in the leftovers.
*Stir them around for about a minute.
*Toss in the day-old, pre-refridgerated rice.
*Stir it around untile the clumps are relatively gone.
*Sprinkle on some garlic powder.
*Pour some ketchup onto the whole thing and stir for about two-three minutes.
*Toss in the frozen peas and stir the whole thing for about one minute.
*Put a lid on the pan/wok and shut off the flame/stove.

Wait for about ten minutes:
*Set the table.
*Get the laundry started.
*Tidy up.
*You get the idea.
Dish it out and dig in!

I hope this helps.
