Death by Chocolate Cookies...yummy
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
3/4 cup Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 cups Sugar
1 cup Chocolate Chips
1 1/4 cups Butter -- softened
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, eggs and vanilla. Add mix and stir until well-mixed. Drop dough by heaping teaspoons onto an ungreased baking sheet, spacing about two inches apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. (Do not over bake!) Sorry but I don't have a recipe for the cookies but on the back of Hershey's Chocolate Chips there is a recipe for them. They are very good and a great recipe. That is the one that I use all the time for them.

Honestly, the one that's on the bag of Nestle's Toll House chips is one of the best.
I also really like the recipe in Joy of Cooking.
