They don't with me. I'm not allergic to them. Sounds like if the roof of your mouth itches during or after eating peanuts, then you have a peanut allergy.
Stop eating peanuts immediately. You could wind up in the hospital & be intubated. Your life should be more important than eating some nuts for a snack.

It didn't make the roof of my mouth itch, but it surely makes my tongue itch. I think it might be because of sharp edges that nuts have after you crunch them a little?

If nuts are making your mouth itch, you are probably allergic to them, and shouldn't eat them.

When I eat walnuts, I feel like I have a million little razor blade cuts all inside my mouth. So I avoid them!
