No.

If you cook them and shell them, they have a llittle bounce.

What do you need?

If you are "DOING" a science project, why aren't you doing 'hands on' research.

Take a few eggs, 1 that is raw, 1 hard boiled in the shell and 1 hard boiled and peeled. Go outside and drop them from equal heights and document your results.

If you want to be tricky, be creative and build a contraption that will allow your raw egg to bounce! ..... such as a cushioned wire cage to hold your egg fashioned to be held inside a silicone outer cage that would bounce. If you were to go to a craft store, I am sure an associate would be able to direct you to the materials you would need.

Think how impressed your Science teacher would be to know you took the time to disprove the obvious. Of course everybody knows eggs ""SHOULDN'T"" bounce but imagine that you could show them how to MAKE one bounce!!

Think "outside the box" and you may just score an amazing grade!! Good Luck!!
