I was given this very large chocolate of 400 grams and was wondering 18 % is saturated fats ,, whats this mean,..,im also wondering how many days will it take only myself to consume the entire chocolate,.,.???guess,..,

clear and simple, 72 grams is 18 %. of 400 grams.as to how long it will take you to eat the entire chocolate , if you are really good you could manage it in one day.

well 18% of 400 is 72, so i guess that 72 grams of saturated fats.... maybe u should eat that over a long period of time... thats a lot..
