well if its meant casually between two friends she could just really enjoy hanging out with you or might secretly like you a bit.
if its said between boyfriend and girlfriend or two people who like each other then she might or she might really have deep feelings for the boy.

Maybe. But In my opinion, love would be more about wanting to be with the person whether you're having fun or not. Being appreciative of the fact that they're taking time out of their day to sit there and just be with you. I think you should give it more time; don't say it back until you're absolutely sure. You'll know when you're ready.
