Students in my school use the word SLANT

Sit up
Listen
Ask and Answer questions
Nod
Track(keep your eyes on the speaker at all times)

I'm not so good at listening (i can't pay attatoin) But when i was little my friend told me how (it worked till i desided to not care).
1. Don't stare in to space! this will be very diffecolt to hear
2. Never look around the room! It gives the person talking a bad feeling...
