Saskatchewan never changes its times. The Central Time Zone.

Saskatchewan, but it's not a whole time zone. There are a few places in Alberta too I understand.

it isn't a time zone, the province of Saskatchewan doesn't participate in daylight saving time, or daylight loosing time. We stay the same time all year round
