If not, I would build a house, create a garden, and then maybe work out some sort of trade agreement.

seems that everyone would be thinming the same thing,have lots of wilde and crazy sex lots of sleepless nights on the beach walk naked or semi naked every day and no not have lots of kids that would ruin the whole having lots of sex wouldnt it enjoiy your self
