I am 13 and have never had acne before but now I have moderate/light acne on my face, neck , and upper back. I have really sensative skin and the stuff I got from my dermatologist only broke me out more. Right I am on Laura Mercier one step clenser and it is not doing much. I have tried proactive, murad, benzeclin, and tazoract. Does any body have any good products that are good for sensative skin? PLEASE NO DUMB ANSWERS OR STUPID COMMENTS!

thank you much ♥,
logan

i have tried everything from clearsil and clean n clear to st ives and all the proactive solutions you can buy and short of going to a derm. because that is very costly, i too was here online one night and someone said try windex , seriously, and i am still vain enough to want nice skin even though i am in early 30's so i tried windex, just put some on a cotton ball like any other astringent i have used and no joke i can see a REAL BIG difference, i use it in the morning when i get up and again after i shower before bed and it really has done a drastic improvement, i cant say that this could be all that great for my skin but hey it works right now and thats what matters to me....just regular ole blue windex

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

There is a company called Arbonne that makes an acne treatment for teens the problem with all the other stuff you use is it is not balanced for your age group also it has mineral oil in it which is one of the leading causes of acne it is also full of chemical fragrances to cover up the smells from the products that come from the rendering plant for sensitive skin chemicals are very harm full. Never use any sort of scrub it irrates it. Arbonne has a money back guarantee if you dont like it but I have a few teenagers who baby sit for me and it has really cleared them up. e-mail me if you want to try it

Try Jan Marini products. The acid base in the bioglycolic cream
really helps to renew your skin. A little pricey but you can buy online and lasts about a year. My teenagers use it and the 1st few days actually broke out a little, but after a week their skin was clear. You need to try a product and use daily faithfully in order to find what is best for you.

the skin on my face has always been pretty clear but used to get bad acne on my upper back and chest as well. tried loads of stuff but as soon as some spots cleared more kept coming. finally i found PanOxyl gel which you can get in like three strengths (2.5, 5 and 10) i used 10 cause it was just for my back etc but i woulda used 2.5 if it was for my face. i think you get a face wash as well. its not that expensive

my skin was clear within about 2weeks- i still get a couple of spots once in a while but this stuff gets rid of them in no time. really dries out your skin though but its worth it.

i know u said u already went to the dermatologist, but sometimes it takes more than once. I have acne and about 3 years ago i went and they gave me something which did not do much. Last year I was at my check up, and the doctor offered to give me a prescribtion and it has worked really well. so i would recomend going back to the dermatologist, explaining your situation, and seeing if they can prescribe you something different.

If your in the States, then try, CVS Acne Treatment 10% Benozyl Peroxide Lotion... it's really strong and really good...

And if you're skin's sensitive... then go for... CVS Acne Treatment 2.5% Benozyl Peroxide Medication...
