3 tbsp miracle whip
1/2 cup mandarin oranges (canned)
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp orange juice concentrate (thawed)
salt
pepper
garlic salt

Mix the salad dressing (miracle whip) with the vinegar, spices, oj and 1 tbsp of the juice from the oranges. Mix in 2 tbsp of the mandarin oranges (this will break them up a bit).
Dress the salad (any lettuce but I love the combination of iceberg and spinach - more spinach than ice berg) then put some whole orange slices on top
(I also love candied walnut with this salad as well).
