Hey. I was have recently been wanting to dye my hair a darker color. Right now it is a some what light blonde. I do not know if that will matter at all when my hair is dyed but im wanting to make sure. But what im really wanting to get an opinion on is if ppl think i should do it. I noticed people saying with highlights. Just so you know im ont the biggest fan on highlights. Just so ya know. Also my moms been a hairdresser for about 20 years and she knows what she is doing. So if you want to get more descriptive or whatever into your answer thats all good. Ok thanks again

ok i think you should dye it a medium brown, dont go too dark, since youve got really light hair, if you go too light it will make you look washed out.

If you really want to, go for it! It will be easier for you to grow it out if you dont like it, since your a guy (that is, as long as you dont mind getting a short cut). If you want, you can try a semi-permanent first, it washes out after a while, and then if you like the effect you can go for a permanent dye. (look for a box that says semi-permanent color or "lasts 8-12 shampoos")

just try it out! if it looks bad, that would be unfortunate, but you can wear a cap or something until it grows out and never do it again! BTW I have black hair and i highlighted my hair with blonde -_-

all right! well from blonde to black is WOW! it happended to me(on accident) the lady didnt listen to what i really wanted so... Light brown is what you should start off with! then if ppl like it go dark brown!
