Your only hope is - first, DON'T scrape the bottom of the pan - if you've already done that - forget it - start over..
If not - transfer the sauce to a clean pan and add more ingredients to dillute the burnt taste.

Start over. You can't completely take the burnt taste out of something. You're just covering it up.

try adding sugar. I know it takes the bitterness out of sauces. I would scoop a little out first to see if it works. Be sure not to scrape the bottom of the pot

Slowly burn flour and oil in a pot on the stove. Call it "roux". Now you have the base for great cajun dishes!
