The President wants to send more money $ 1 billion to Iraq to give them jobs.
The war in Iraq will cost working class tax payers $2 trillion. We have a $9 trillion national debt over the next ten years. Do working class tax payers support more jobs for Iraqis? In 2004 the top one pecent of tax payers those making over $1 million per year got the bigest tax cuts. Taxes for the middle class went up not down.

BTW, Bill Gates paid no Federal income tax in 2004. He gave away much of his wealth. Most of his income goes directly into tax free foundations.

yes, we need to redistribute at least $500 billion of Iraqi oil revenues back to the tax payers of the USA, whom Bush stole it from.

What do you mean redistribute? Do you think that the trillions that have been spent for this war ever left your shores, the dollars are in the pockets of those companies that have been selling all what is needed for the destruction and reconstruction? of Iraq, money coming from your taxes and siphoned from the oil in Iraq. I honestly don't think Iraqi will see any revenue from their oil field for a very long time if ever. For example do you know that Britain only recently finished to pay their war debt to the US? Don't worry your taxes are in some American pockets too bad it is not yours.

As a previous poster stated, you mean like the Dem's are constantly trying to do here?

Iraq? Who the heck knows? Not our deal.

It is in our best interest, and that of Iraqi's to kill all the terrorists, from Iraq and from Iran, and Syria coming into Iraq to kill Americans and destabilize a free democratic Iraq.

Good for Bill Gates, and even better for EVERY AMERICAN, since WE ALL got a TAX CUT. Get your facts straight. Good for all those Millionare Americans, don't you wish you were one too? That's why everyone is trying to get to our country, well most of them.

Should we redistribute the wealth in the US,I'm sure a couple in Ward 9 would love Bill Gates money.

Confiscating the earnings of the middle class makes them continue to work longer and harder...generating more "taxable" income...a good scam (depending on which side of the fence you're sitting on)

More jobs will definitely improve the condition of unfortunate people who have been victim of cruel sanctions and insurgency for no fault. Iraq is rich enough to support its people. Proper management and peace are required.

First of all we should get out and let them do as they wish. We are currently sending good money after bad. I say, take our losses, half a trillion thus far, and let them do their thing.

Considering that 70% of Iraq's economy is based on oil---and the facts put forth by the link I gave--Iraqi's aren't gonna be very happy campers if W has his way.
