It is mostly an urban legend. There is nothing out there that significantly reduces a hangover. But cranberry juice, and orange juice are probably your best bet for mixers. Both are high in vitiman C. Vitamin C and B are both important in getting rid of hangovers, and are main ingredients in most Hangover medications... Also clear liquor contains less toxins than your darker liquors like rum or whisky, which also lessens your hangover. So yeah thats the best drink for you.

Go for a vodka with a vitamin coke or lemonade. You can hold topping the drink up with further mixer as an alternative than having water among every drink if you happen to choose. Definitely prevent wine just like the plague, you're going to get inebriated particularly swiftly. And beer will make you think very bloated. Have a beautiful time.

you dont get drunk on cranberry juice ,drink red warm wine ,that works much better and you will get drunk fast enough
if that is still too slow play with a bottle of tequila and lemons and salt
5 people can kill a bottle in 30 minutes ,just keep toasting everything

its very good for the baldder and cleanses the system. it may be a better mixer than most sodas, and you might not feel as bad the next day, but its not true that it makes you drunk faster.
