I assume you are going inside the bank-no drive thru. Also, I assume you only have the few minutes during the transaction. First you are gonna have to lengthen the time you have. I would suggest asking for some money orders. This will give you some time to talk to her. Just cash the money orders in at another branch later. You should only lose whatever your bank charges you for money orders.

Uh...make sure that is correct and you can indeed cash in the money orders elsewhere.
Next, you want to get those money orders on a Tuesday or Wednesday if possible. You don't want it to be too busy or close to the weekend. Just ask her what she thinks of a local park, gym, zoo, team, bowling, dance club,etc.... You're fishing for some common ground. She how she reacts. She'll know you are hitting on her. Ask her what she is doing for lunch today or tomorrow. I think you have a better chance at lunch than a formal dinner date. All she can do is say no.

Easy, hand her a note that says, "keep quiet and nobody gets hurt, wanna go on a date?" Just kidding. Just ask her if she'd like to go out for a cup of coffee or lunch sometime during her lunch break. Those seem to be the least threatening ways that a women may say yes to and if she says no, then you'll just have to go to a different bank. No big deal. If you think she's a little more interested, then ask her out for drinks, however, that usually implies you're looking for sex and not a date. I would go with the shy guy, lunch or coffee routine, and if that works then dinner and drinks is the next move. Good luck and don't worry about rejection, it happens to everyone and is nothing to be embarrassed about.

Tell her you know a little place to eat, where you can have fund together. When she says you're being forward, tell her that it's hormones and that it's not your vault. If she doesn't respond, ask her to just give you the money, honey. As you're getting ready to leave, look deep in her eyes, slip her your phone number, and ask her, real slow like, if she needs change in her life. It's typical of banktellers, but they usually have plenty of free time given their hours. Finally, don't make the mistake I made, thinking I was in a cooperative. When I asked to share accounts, she brought over the man in charge and I was shown the revolving door.

Why would her job description make any difference in how you ask her out? Just ask if she'd like to go out (or meet) for a drink/coffee sometime and go from there.

Slip her a note, or write something funny and cute on a deposit slip. Or the old fashion way, ask her.

Tell her there's no accounting for your bluntness but you'd like to make a deposit in her drawer. Or you you could hand her a note with what you feel in your heart.
